Returns

 

Eligibility for Returns

 

You may return any unused coffee machine or accessory within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided that:

 

The item is in its original condition, unused, and free from any damage.

The item is returned in its original packaging with all included accessories and manuals.

Proof of purchase is provided (order number or receipt).

 

Non-Returnable Items

 

We are unable to accept returns for:

 

Items that are used, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error.

Customized or personalized items.

Items purchased on final sale or marked as non-returnable.

 

Return Process

 

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

 

1. Contact Us:

Email our customer support team at info@goffeestore.com with your order number, item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

2. Receive Return Authorization:

Our team will review your request and provide a Return Authorization (RA) number along with instructions on how to return the item.

3. Ship the Item:

Carefully package the item in its original packaging and ship it to the address provided in the return instructions.

Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or shipping error.

4. Inspection and Refund:

Once we receive and inspect the item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

 

Refunds

 

If your return is approved, you will receive a refund for the purchase price, minus any applicable shipping fees (unless the return is due to a defect or shipping error).

 

Late or Missing Refunds

 

If you haven’t received your refund within the expected timeframe:

 

1. Check your bank or credit card statement.

2. Contact your bank or credit card provider, as it may take some time before the refund is officially posted.

Exchanges

 

We offer exchanges for defective or damaged items only. If you received a defective or damaged item, please contact us at info@goffeestore.com within 7 days of receiving your order, and we will arrange for a replacement.

 

Cancellations

 

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement if they have not yet been shipped. After 24 hours, cancellation requests will be treated as a return.
